Pucker and bloat
Anchor points and the curves between them are pushed in opposite directions: pucker moves the points outward and pinches the sides inward into a spiky star, while bloat pulls the points inward and puffs the sides outward into rounded lobes.
Also called pinch and bulge, pinch bloat distortion.
